SHARE REPURCHASE



Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 459,850 ordinary shares in the
Company on 29 April 2008 at a price of 664.0255p per share.



The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.



Following the above purchase the Company holds 3,691,143 shares in Treasury and
has 609,580,649 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
