SHARE REPURCHASE

Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 588,751 ordinary shares in the
Company on 30 April 2008 at a price of 663.5422p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 4,279,894 shares in Treasury and
has 608,991,898 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
