Capita Group plc ('the Company')

SHARE REPURCHASE

Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 336,465 ordinary shares in the
Company on 4 March 2008 at a price of 658.86p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 1,900,628 shares in Treasury and
has 607,490,858 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
