SHARE REPURCHASE



Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 550,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 24 April 2008 at a price of 659.461p per share.



The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.



Following the above purchase the Company holds 2,450,628 shares in Treasury and
has 610,794,186 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
