SHARE REPURCHASE

Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 685,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 25 April 2008 at a price of 660.00p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 3,135,628 shares in Treasury and
has 610,135,914 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
