Capita Group plc ("the Company") 

SHARE REPURCHASE

Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 1,110,625 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 February 2010 at a price of 716.14p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 1,110,625 shares in Treasury and has 623,704,414 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
