ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 5 APRIL
2008


At a meeting of the sub-committee of the Board held on 22 May 2008,
the Directors recommended the payment of a total dividend of 16.5p
per Ordinary Share for the year ended 5 April 2008, for approval by
the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 July
2008. If approved at this meeting, the dividend will be paid on 14
July 2008 to shareholders on the Register of Members on 13 June 2008.
The associated ex-dividend date is 11 June 2008.
