in accordance with the Transparency Directive DTR 5.2.1(F) disclosure 
thresholds, R.P.A. Spiller, Esq and Mrs D. Spiller are beneficially interested 
in 287,690 ordinary shares in the Company, as follows:

R.P.A. Spiller holds 199,350 ordinary shares, which represents 7.13% of the 
shares in issue.

Mrs D. Spiller holds 88,340 ordinary shares, which represents 3.16% of the 
shares in issue.

These combined holdings represent in total 10.29% of the shares in issue.
