Capital Drilling Limited announces that it was notified on Thursday, 22 January 2015 that Aberforth Partners LLP is interested in 8,136,830 common shares of US$0.0001 each in the capital of the Company.  The shareholding equates to 5.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
