Capital & Regional has today received notification from Mr. Martin Barber
that, following the finalisation of his divorce settlement , he is no longer
interested in 630,811 ordinary shares of the Company now owned by his ex-wife.
Mr. Barber is currently beneficially interested in 2,146,366 ordinary shares
of Capital & Regional plc.
