DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
On 5 May 2016 the Company received notification that Mstead Ltd, an entity in which Louis Norval has a beneficial interest, acquired 2,857,792 shares in the Company. The shares were acquired between 28 April 2016 and 4 May 2016 at an average price of 63.82 pence per share.
Following the transactions Mstead Ltd has a total shareholding of 69,978,847 shares representing 9.986% of the Company's issued share capital. The revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval is 131,960,303 ordinary shares, representing 18.831% of the Company's issued share capital. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Louis Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is 170,454,075 shares, representing 24.324% of the Company's issued share capital. Wessel Hamman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company is a Non-Executive Director of Homestead Group Holdings Ltd, the parent company of Mstead Ltd, but he has no beneficial interest in the shares held by Mstead Ltd.
