On 28 September 2016 the Company received notification of the following transactions in shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange connected to Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company:
The Kiyoma Lakes Trust acquired 64,000 shares on 27 September 2016 at 63p per share.
Rose Trust acquired 73,200 shares on 27 September 2016 at 63p per share.
Family members of Louis Norval family have a beneficial interest in The Kiyoma Lakes Trust and Rose Trust. Following these transactions the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval and his family members in ordinary shares of the Company is 137,097,503, representing 19.564% of the Company's issued share capital. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Louis Norval, including those in which he or family members have a beneficial interest in and those which they do not but have a connection to, is 175,591,275 shares, representing 25.058% of the Company's issued share capital.
