The Company received notification on 29 June 2016 that Laura Whyte, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares on 29 June 2016 at a price of 52.25p per share. 

Laura Whyte's beneficial holding following this transaction is 57,000 shares.
