                        CAPITAL & REGIONAL PLC:

                  JUNCTION FUND COMPLETES DISPOSAL OF
                 GREAT WESTERN RETAIL PARK IN GLASGOW


Capital & Regional plc, the co-investing property asset manager, today announces
that its Junction Fund has completed the sale of Great Western Retail Park in
Glasgow to Resolution Properties for £58.5million.  The cash consideration was
received on 20 March 2008.

This sale brings The Junction Fund's property disposals within the last 12
months, including bulky goods schemes in Worcester and Wembley, to a total of
£180m.
