CAPITAL & REGIONAL PLC:
THE MALL SELLS REDHILL AND BRADFORD
The Mall Fund, the Capital & Regional and Morley managed specialist shopping
centre fund, announces that it has sold two of the four centres acquired from
Prudential on satisfactory terms. The centres, at Bradford and Redhill, are the
smallest of the four. The remaining two, at Uxbridge and Luton, offer
significant potential for the Mall's active management approach.
