Inclusion in FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series
16 September 2016. Capital & Regional, the UK focused specialist property REIT, confirms that as of this morning the Company has been added to the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series, having successfully satisfied the required eligibility criteria during the Index's September 2016 Review performed by EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association.
Hugh Scott-Barratt, CEO of Capital & Regional, commented: "We are pleased that Capital & Regional will be added to the EPRA Index which we believe is a direct result of the hard work we have successfully put into restructuring and growing the business over the last few years.
