Notice of AGM and publication of Annual Report

Capital & Regional today announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00 am (UK Time) / 11:00 am (SA Time) on Thursday 25 May 2023 at 110 Rochester Row, London, SW1P 1JP.  Shareholders must be registered in the Register of Members of the Company at 6.30 pm on Tuesday, 23 May 2023, to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. 

In connection with this, the following documents are being made available to shareholders today and will be posted shortly:

·      Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 December 2022

·      Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM")

·      Form of Proxy

The financial statements include a change from the results announcement issued on 2 March 2023 in respect of the prior year, being that ended 30 December 2021.  This relates to an amendment to the restatement made as a result of the IASB IFRS interpretations committee agenda decision in respect of 'Lessor forgiveness of lease payments (IFRS 9 and IFRS 16)'.  Details are provided on pages 160 and 161 of the Annual Report and Financial Statements.  There is no change in respect of the results for the year ended 30 December 2022 

Copies of the documents are available in the 'Investor Info' section of the Capital & Regional website at capreg.com and have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
