NOTICE OF CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

Capital & Regional plc ("the Company"), the specialist community shopping centre owner, will host a capital markets day presentation and property tour on Wednesday, 8 October 2014 in London for sell-side analysts and institutional shareholders.

The event will include a presentation from senior managers, which will be held at JP Morgan Cazenove, 60 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0JP. This will be followed by property tours of two of its London shopping centres, The Mall, Wood Green and The Mall, Walthamstow.
