Capital & Regional plc - Purchase of own securities
Following the announcement of Capital & Regional's interim results on Tuesday,
12th September, the Company has embarked on its share buy-back programme
pursuant to the authority granted to it at the Annual General Meeting on 5th
May 2000.
On 12th September 2000, the Company purchased from Credit Suisse First Boston
Equities Ltd, for cancellation, 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price
of 210p per ordinary share.
