Capital & Regional plc - Purchase of Own Securities
Capital & Regional has purchased , on 5th April 2001, from Credit Suisse
First Boston Equities Ltd,for cancellation, 2,750,000 Ordinary shares at a
price of £2.20 per Ordinary share.
