Interests of PDMR in the Company's Shares

Share Purchase by Director of Exploration

Cairn announces that on 28 November 2014, Richard Heaton, Director of Exploration, purchased a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of ²³¹/₁₆₉ each in the Company at a price of £1.611 per share. Mr Heaton purchased 50,000 shares and his spouse Janet Barbara Heaton purchased 50,000 shares.

Following this purchase, the above mentioned PDMR's beneficial interests in the Ordinary Shares of the Company are as follows:-
