Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
Cairn announces that on 8 March 2000, the following awards were made to
Directors of the Company under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at a
price of 137.5 pence per Share (being the mid-market closing price on 7th
March 2000):
