                    Voting Results of Annual General Meeting


The Company's Annual General Meeting was held today in the Wallace Suite at the 
Sheraton Grand Hotel, 1 Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9SR. All resolutions put 
to the Meeting were passed unanimously on a show of hands.
