          Additional Listing of 869,565 ordinary shares in Carclo plc



Further to the acquisition by Carclo plc ('Carclo') of 25.6% of Conductive
Inkjet Technology Limited from Xennia Technology Limited ('Xennia'), the board
of directors of Carclo confirms that application has been made to the UKLA and
London Stock Exchange for 869,565 ordinary shares in Carclo (issued to Xennia as
part consideration) to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange. The sale of the shares is subject to lock-up arrangements
for one year such that any sale requires the written consent of Carclo.
