Carclo plc ('the Company')
Carclo plc announces that Mr Ian Williamson, Chief Executive, has today
purchased 16,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 94p per share through his
personal pension plan.
Following this purchase Mr Williamson now holds 497,323 shares in the Company.
