Carclo plc announces that Mrs Kathryn Tame, wife of Mr William Tame (a non-executive director) purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the company on 13 June 2008 at 86.5pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Tame's interest in the company is 19,000 ordinary shares.
