Board changes

Further to the announcement made on 26 September 2017, the Board confirms that Robert Rickman retired from the Board on 31 December 2017 and that Mark Rollins was appointed to the Carclo Board with effect from 1 January 2018.

The balance of Group revenue is derived mainly from the design and supply of specialised injection moulded LED based lighting systems to the premium automotive industry.
