Carclo Engineering Group plc announces that the following
directors have today dealt in the company's ordinary shares:
Mr I Williamson has purchased 9,137 ordinary shares at 160p
per share. These shares will be registered in the name of
'Trustees of Carclo Engineering Group PLC a/c FURDBS'.
Mr Christopher Mawe has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at
160p per share. These shares will be registered in his own
name.
