CARCLO PLC (the 'Company')
Carclo plc announces that Mr Christopher Mawe, a director, has
today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 108p
per share.
The shares are to be registered in the name of his spouse Mrs
Karen Lesley Mawe.
Following this transaction Mr Mawe now holds a beneficial
interest in 2,905 ordinary shares in the Company.
