The Company announces that at a board meeting held on 5 July 2010, it allotted 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') following an exercise of options by a member of the Company's Discretionary Share Option Scheme.

Following the issue of equity the Company now has 61,491,702 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights. Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange will be made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market at the earliest practicable opportunity.
