                           Notice of Interim Results

Carclo plc, the global supplier of technical plastic components, will be
announcing interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2007 on Tuesday
27 November 2007.

An analyst meeting will be held on that day at the offices of Weber Shandwick 
Financial, Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, WC1 at 9.30am.
