Notice of Preliminary Results

Carclo plc, the global supplier of technical plastic components, will be announcing preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2008 on Tuesday 10 June 2008.

An analyst meeting will be held on that day at the offices of Weber Shandwick Financial, Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, WC1 at 9.30am.
