Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Carclo
plc ('Carclo' or the 'Company') is required to notify the market of the
following:

At the date of this announcement, Carclo's capital consists of 55,786,137
ordinary shares of 5 pence each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares
in treasury.  Therefore the total number of rights is 55,786,137.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in Carclo under the FSA's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
