In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company has been informed that Geoff Cooper, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of AO World plc with effect from 1 July 2016 and will, later that month, become Chairman of that Company.
