Card Factory has been notified that on 18 January 2022, Paul Moody, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased, in aggregate, 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.4563 pence per share. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Paul Moody's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 200,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
