Notice of Results and Capital Markets Strategy Update

Card Factory, the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, gifts and celebration essentials, will release its preliminary results for the twelve months to 31 January 2023, on 25 April 2023.

There will be a meeting for analysts and investors at 10 am on the morning of the announcement in central London. We will also provide a live video webcast of the presentation, available by registering via the following link:

The results presentation will be followed by a Capital Markets Strategy Update , commencing at 11:30 am.
