The issuer advises that the announcement released on 14 January 2004, under RNS
number 2482U required further information. The application relates to a
blocklisting of 81,000 shares and a listing application for a further 16,500
shares. A full amended notification is set out below:

Additional Listing - replacement

Application has been made for a block listing of 81,000 new ordinary shares of
20 pence each of the Company ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These
Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary
shares and will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the
following schemes:

Executive Unapproved Share Option Scheme
Executive Approved Share Option Scheme
1998 Approved Share Option Scheme, and
1998 Unapproved Share Option Scheme.

Application has further been made for the admission of 16,500 Shares, issued
pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Executive Approved
Option Scheme. These Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary
shares and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 20 January 2004.
