The group, including Campmoss, specialises in property investment and
development in the Thames Valley. The portfolio, valued in excess of £35m, is
primarily located to the west of London, close to Heathrow Airport and in Surrey
and Berkshire.


Extraordinary General Meeting


At an extraordinary general meeting of the company held today, the resolution
placed before the meeting in respect of the renewal of approval of waiver under
Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers was approved. The result of the
poll was 498,303 votes for; 5,448 votes against; and 36,925 abstentions.


Accordingly, Mr J R Wollenberg and persons deemed to be acting in concert with
him under the City Code (the 'Concert Party'), may, as a result of market
purchases by the Company of up to 260,163 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the
Company pursuant to the authority granted at the Company's AGM also held today,
increase their aggregate interest to 36.05 per cent of the voting rights of the
Company and 37.33 per cent of the voting rights of the Company if J R Wollenberg
exercised options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares previously granted between 16
March 1999 and 14 January 2003. The Concert Party currently holds 531,886
Ordinary Shares and if the options are exercised will hold 561,886 Ordinary
Shares.
