2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Impact Healthcare REIT plc (ticker: IHR), the real estate investment trust which gives investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of UK healthcare real estate assets, in particular care homes, is pleased to announce that the 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting is now available to view on the Company's website at https://www.impactreit.uk/investors/reporting-centre/ .  

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 17 May 2023, at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL.

The formal Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to those shareholders who have requested that the Company should continue with postal correspondence and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

This year's Annual General Meeting will follow its usual format as the Board considers it important that  Shareholders continue to have opportunities to engage with it.

The Board also encourages Shareholders to vote on any of the matters of business at the AGM in advance by proxy. 

If circumstances change before the AGM, the Company will consider making appropriate changes and if it is appropriate notify shareholders of any changes to the proposed format for the AGM as soon as possible via RIS and its website ( https://www.impactreit.uk/investors/reporting-centre/ ).
