Carillion plc - Analysts visit

Last evening (Thursday 13 June 2002) Carillion plc, the UK support services to
construction group, hosted a visit for analysts in Dublin, where members of its
senior management team spoke about the strategy and prospects for its
International Regional businesses, especially in relation to the development of
the Group's Businesses Services and Investments activities overseas.
