Carillion plc

Philip Rogerson, Chairman of Carillion plc, resigned as a director of THUS Group plc on 2nd   October 2008 following its takeover by Cable & Wireless Holdco Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cable & Wireless plc.

In addition, David Garman, the senior independent non-executive director of Carillion plc, was appointed as a non-executive director of Phoenix IT Group plc with effect from 1st December 2008.
