Leadership Equity Award Plan (LEAP)
Carillion plc reports that the following Persons' Discharging Managerial Responsibility have been granted interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 50p each as follows.
Awards were made on 4 April 2013 under the LEAP as shown in the table below. The number of shares vesting will be subject to achievement of the performance target which is based on both the annual average growth in earnings per share and the annual average cash flow conversion rate over a 3 year performance period.
