Carillion plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
Carillion plc (the Company) reports that on 6 July 2006, the following directors
/ PDMRs of the Company were granted interests in the Company's ordinary shares
of 50p each as follows.
Awards were made under the Carillion plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan as shown
in the table below. The number of shares vesting will be subject to achievement
of the performance target based on annual average growth in earnings per share
above the Retail Prices Index over a three year period.
