Carillion completes sale of IT business 

Further to Carillion's announcement on 9 June 2009 that it had entered into an agreement to sell its external IT business to Capita, Carillion confirms that this transaction has been completed, generating sale proceeds of £36 million as anticipated in that announcement.'
