In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 11 February 2009 Carnival Corporation purchased 185,059 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £14.1057159 per share. The highest price paid was £14.23 per share and the lowest price paid was £13.89 per share.
