MIAMI (26 July 2007) -- -In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/
LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme, Carnival
Corporation & plc announces that on 25 July 2007 Carnival Investments Limited,
Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased 50,000 of ordinary
shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.7385 per share.  The highest
price paid was £21.84 per share and the lowest price paid was £21.55 per share.

Services Authority Listing Rule 12.4.6R.
