Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 03 December 2007 Carnival
Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased
107,188 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.131338per
share.  The highest price paid was £21.26 per share and the lowest price paid
was £20.88 per share.
