MIAMI (21 November 2007) -- -In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's
(NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme,
Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 21 November 2007 Carnival
Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased
200,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £20.344419 per
share.  The highest price paid was £20.49 per share and the lowest price paid
was £20.19 per share.
