Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 29^th April 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 100,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £28.55140624 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £28.72 per share and the lowest price received was £28.285 per share.
