In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap (Plc Share Sale /Corp. Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 11th November 2009 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 125,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £20.20850867 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £20.30 per share and the lowest price received was £20.135 per share.
